CCRMM HISTORY
1993-2000
In 1993, Chongqing Changjiang River Moulding Material Co. was established. The first German made WEBAC coated sand production line was brought in for production.
In Feb 1994, the company launched official production.
In 1996, the company was restructured and renamed as Chongqing Changjiang River Moulding Material Co.,Ltd.
2001-2010
In Aug. 2002, Chongqing Cameo Gasoline Engine ;Co.,Ltd was established.
In Oct. 2002, Chongqing Changjiang River Moulding Material Shiyan Co.,Ltd. was established.
In Aug. 2003, Chongqing Changjiang River Moulding Material Kushan Co., Ltd. was established. CCRMM started the initiative of large-scale waste sand recycling process.
In July 2005, Chongqing Changjiang River Moulding Material Chengdu Co.,Ltd. was established.
In Oct. 2007, the company was reorganized as Chongqing Changjiang River Moulding Material (Group) Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to was Group Company) .
In July 2010, Chongqing Changjiang River Moulding Material Kezuohouqi Co.,Ltd. was established.
In Aug. 2010, Chongqing Changjiang River Moulding Material Shandong reclamation center was established.
Sep 2010, Chongqing Changjiang River Moulding Material Xiantao Co.,Ltd. was established.
2011-Now
In Sept. 2011, Chongqing Changjiang River Moulding Material Kunming reclamation center was established.
In Oct 2011, strategic investors joined the Group Company, CCRMM became a shareholders controlled formal enterprise.
In Feb 2012, the headquarters relocated to new location at 6 Wu Xing Road,Tong Jia Xi, Beibei, Chongqing, China.
In March 2012, Chongqing Changjiang River Moulding Material Yibin Gaoxian Co.,Ltd. was established.
In Nov. 2012, the Group Company was restructred as Chongqing Changjiang River Moulding Material (Group) Corp.
In April 2013, Chongqing Changjiang River Moulding Material Dayi Co.,Ltd. was established.
In Jan. 2014, Chongqing Changjiang River Moulding Material Changzhou Co.,Ltd. was established.
In July 2015, CCRMM became a publicly traded company at Beijing New OTC Market.
